Cancellation charges (only if cancellations are received in writing) as follows:
30 days prior to arrival: 20% cancellation fee
29-22 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
21-15 days prior to arrival: 30% cancellation fee
14-7 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
6 days prior to arrival: 65% cancellation fee
2 days prior to arrival: 80% cancellation fee
Please note:
Reservations are gladly accepted via fax, e-mail and mail
A deposit of 20% of the total fee is required within 7 days after making the booking
Final confirmation of the booking is only made on receipt of the above-mentioned deposit
Total payment must be completed latest 30 days before rental begins
With final payment the credit card details / authorisation are requested for the remaining excess
Short in advance bookings require the immediate payment by credit card
Chauffeur on request at additional cost
Fuel is not included in the self-drive rates
Chauffeur Drive includes fuel
Dinner, airport transfers and sightseeing tours possible
